Lydia Waldrop – How Mama raised me
A fifteen years old singer/songwriter from Memphis, Tennessee. Lydia is a sophomore in High School. Lydia was discovered by a neighbor, Paul Richard who heard her sing at age nine and told her parents this girl can sing and get her some vocal lessons. Lydia has traveled all over West Tennessee and North Mississippi performing as a female vocalist since age 12. Lydia writes her own music both country and gospel. She realizes that writing is a process and observes the world around her as inspiration, for the song to come alive. Lydia is currently working on her first CD with Gary Sadker at Red Ridge Entertainment in Nashville.
